Finding invidividaul purpose and organisation’s purpose are a bit different but both are essential. However, individual purpose influences in the orgnisation and bring collective purpose.

According to the Havard Business Review, the pjurpose is defined as, ” inspiring social impact that the business strive to achieve “. There are many private and public organisations with focussing on providing positive differences to the communities less private organisation has achieved it.

The purpose is deep rooted from the human development, however it is most essential on now a days. Due to material race, people are distracted from the mindfulness so that there might distract from the goal of achieving purpose driven organisation.

Firstly the leader of the organisation must really wants from the inside and that has to be communicated to the bottom. And, if all the employees and stakeholder know about it , they will be more motivated. Hence, in my experiences and openion everyone must practice mindfulness and know our purpose and conciousness so that listeneing will be better, ethics will be better and those work force will input more and impact positively more.
